Did you know that there are more pollinators are more than just bees?
Birds, butterflies, moths, bats, and even giraffes are considered pollinators, and we owe them a lot! These species help distribute pollen amongst flowering plants in order to produce fruits and seeds and start the whole process over again.
So join us at the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Garden to say thanks! We’ll have interactive activities, crafts, and games for the whole family, as well as some helpful info to bring home so you can help pollinators in your own backyard, for bigger garden harvests and more blooming flowers!
The Zoo will open to the public at 9 a.m., and the festivities will continue until 3 p.m.
This event is included in general Zoo admission. Additional fees may apply for certain activities.
