Company continues support for Central Florida Zoo with popular holiday event

T-Mobile to serve as presenting sponsor for Asian Lantern Festival: Into the Wild

One of the most popular events of the 2019 season at the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens was its holiday Asian Lantern Festival. This year, the Zoo will be able to bring the event back thanks in part to the support of a generous sponsor.

T-Mobile, a leader in the communications industry, will serve as the presenting sponsor for the 2021 Asian Lantern Festival: Into the Wild. The event runs on select dates from November 19, 2021, to January 16, 2022. T-Mobile’s support will allow the Zoo to host thousands of families from Central Florida and beyond as they make memories together, marveling at more than 30 hand-crafted, larger-than-life lanterns.

“We are so grateful for T-Mobile and their sponsorship of this community event, which is quickly becoming a tradition,” said Dino Ferri, the Central Florida Zoo’s CEO. “When sponsors like T-Mobile show their support for our organization, we are able to continue providing exceptional animal care and host quality family-friendly events for the entire community to enjoy.”

In the past year, T-Mobile has generously supported the Zoo as the activities sponsor of Sunset at the Zoo and as the recent candy sponsor for the Zoo Boo Bash. The company is dedicated to serving the community and organizations like the Zoo.
